The 2007 Int'l Road Cycling Invitational Race closed this afternoon in Beijing as Cadel Evans of Australia clocked 32:28.92 to win the men's individual time trials title.

Evans, runner-up in this year's Tour de France, only finished fifth in yesterday's mass start road race. In today's individual time trial, he exploded to grab the leadership, 24.74 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher. He also placed first in this tournament with the fastest two-race total.

Evans' teammate Michael Rogers emerged the runner-up, followed by Alexandr Dyachenko of Kazakhstan.
